Heel veel web-loggers hebben een linkje naar de KRO test staan. In deze test ben ik perfectionist (8 punten) en waarnemer (6 punten). Toch herkende ik mezelf niet super goed in de omschrijvingen. ” Je werk gaat altijd voor je relatie” staat er bijvoorbeeld bij perfectionist. Ik dacht het niet! Ik vind juist de balans heel erg belangrijk.
Een paar weken geleden heb ik een (in mijn optiek) veel betere persoonlijkheidstest gedaan.

Toen ik het aan Hedzer liet lezen was hij het er heel erg mee eens. Vooral mijn balans tussen extravert en introvert, die wel bijzonder is (54% introvert, 46% extravert).
Was voor mij wel even een leermoment: het klopt inderdaad dat ik dan weer verlegen ben en dan weer heel uitbundig. Het ene moment aarzel ik niet om het woord te voeren voor een groep van 100 man, het andere moment durf ik niet alleen naar een feestje.
